FNAF Sister Location (New game?)

I looked on scottgames website  www.scottgames.com/

I don't know, but i think it's a new game teaser of FNAF. And there also a strange scary clown face on the teaser as well.
But we all know that FNAF 4 was the final installment of FNAF series.
